BERcerts.ie will carryout a comprehensive building energy rating on your building.

BERcerts.ie will also offer advice to its clients on how best to increase the rating in an affordable manner.

There are numerous devices, methods and theories out there but which is the best that suits the needs of your particular building is the ultimate question. Every house is different and must be treated differently.  One solution does not fit all! At BERcerts.ie we will create a solution that suits your pocket.

For builders and architects we also offer a comprehensive service to find the solution to suit the needs of the prospective buyers while increasing the energy rating of the dwelling in a most affordable manner.

BERcerts.ie only have SEI approved Building Energy Rating (BER) auditors and SEI approved energy auditor. All auditors must be approved by the SEI as the SEI is the governing body which ultimately issues the Building Energy Rating (BER) certificates.

SURVEY and REPORT

Various audits are carried out on the building, including assessing insulation, windows, lighting, wall U-values,heating system, etc.

When this is completed, we can then recommend the next steps to take to improve your rating and reduce costs.

A full and comprehensive report is so drawn up.

The report will also include a list of products and contact details that will help you improve your rating, if you wish to do so.

CERTIFICATE and ADVICE

When the dwelling has been examined, which normally takes 3 to 4 hours, we process the accumulated information and obtain your property's rating. At this time, a full report and certificate is issued to you.
